As a fine dining chef I have always had a passion for cooking with the best seasonal produce, using great technique, in the simplest way possible.  During the lockdowns, we came up with the idea to do a “pop up” in our laneway, of ready made meals  and dinners for our local community, that could be enjoyed at home. Let’s say, the idea went pretty well, we had queues down the laneway… this is how Westbourne Lane was born.
